One day in 2008, the manager of Richard’s local said ‘you’ve got a loud voice and know a lot of silly facts, d’you want to do a weekly quiz here?’

‘£20 and a bottle of plonk?’
‘Done’.

Very soon, the popularity of the quiz grew and Richard recruited his younger brother, Ed, to help write, mark and bark to the gathering quiz-thirsty throng. Since 2008, their quiz tentacles have spread and cover not only long standing weekly residencies in bars but regular private bookings for weddings, corporate evenings, office parties, charity fundraisers, book clubs and science associations.

We offer a finely curated blend of general knowledge and specialist rounds with pictures and music as well as our bespoke service: we can provide questions on almost any theme you care to be quizzed on. Think of us as your own personal Mastermind service!

What we offer

​Our standard length quiz of two hours with your choice of subjects (or leave it up to us) for up to ten teams : £200.
For eleven to twenty teams: £250.
Extras:
If you require us to bring our PA system: £75. If you are hiring a venue this is often provided so do check before requesting the PA.
Travel to outside of Greater Manchester: £100 If you live in Orkney for example, this will cost you more that £100 but then perhaps you’d be more interested in our quiz writing service for you to deliver yourselves? (see below)
We provide all that is necessary for an engaging, thought-provoking, sometimes challenging but always fun quiz: answer sheets, full colour picture rounds, music rounds and yes, pens. We even bring a bag of sweets for last place but you will have to organise any other prizes!
